My default hardware store is often the other guys because I live so close. After today's visit to Rona however I'm realizing I have no reason for allegiance. The price was on point and the staff helpful. It's also just a really nice place to visit. Clean with wide aisles and the carts are right there in-store where you need them!
Staff were very helpful when u can finally find 1. Stores pretty clean and usually well stoked. Unfortunately when the Rona/Lowe's merger happened they slashed the contractor pricing % which killed the mount of the trades that go there. Which is unfortunate. I used to do all my renovations and construction purchases there .but with costs the way they are had to go else where unless they have a sale.
Great friendly place to shop. Karen is absolutely a helpful hand! Went in & couldn't find what we were looking for, but Karen came around the corner & she asked us right away if we needed help. She was just about to go on her lunch break but she took the time to help me! Thank u so much Karen for all ur help.
