Security system issues do not (always) adhere to regular business hours nor do they skip, weekends, holidays, staff holidays, days off/sick days... and long weekends. Customer Service should not either.
Hire more staff, especially a night crew.
I went there to get my keys made at the old location and I enjoyed going there. Cause it was located at Union Street and was close to go there. the new location is a distance is a area that I don't know where exactly.
