previously owned the original Culligan softener since 2004 when the house was new. The original unit worked flawlessly for 20 years. My initial discussions in considering a new unit with John (Sales) were both informative and very comfortable to go through. No pressure. John answered all my questions and together we settled on the best replacement model for our home. The installation team who brought the new unit did a great job and were also very informative to talk to. The work was clean and efficient. I am particularly pleased with the copper to PEC (plastic) pipe connections required to connect to my main water supply. Very well done.

Whether you purchase a water softerner , or any other products you never have a problem with it and if you do they offer fast, great service for it. I ordered and had delivered 20 bags of their salt for last week and asked for Derek . Great worker and personality that has been with the company for many years . I highly recommend Culligan.
