I truly want to say how great of a company this is.My husband and I are in our late 70's and really feel that we continuously get great quality with Canadian Water Conditioning. It's hard to come by these days... having high quality with great customer service.With the water hardness in Kitchener, I'm glad that we are dealing with such an educated company in regards to the local water.Yes, you could go to the local hardware store or big box store and buy a much cheaper water softener but you really do "get what you pay for" (As with anything!).
