Was in Mexico and my phone ended up in the pool the phone was dead nothing happening with it. Emailed them from Mexico saying I would be back in a week..Took it in the did the diagnosis, told me that they would try and retrieve everything on my phone but were unsure...Happy to say they were able not only fix the phone but were able to retrieve and put everything on my new phone..amazing work guy..

Amazing service. Trustworthy shop. I have an older iPhone and needed a repair in charge port. I called 7-8 stores and none had it in stock except for KW cellular. I was given price for cleaning the port and replacing if cleaning does not solve the issue. Sahil ended up cleaning the phone for a few minutes and advised me it was free. Very friendly guy. I ended up buying another product there afterwards which he even gave me a discount on a high quality wireless charger! Highly recommend this location in Kitchener. Very happy and will be returning for all my future needs.
