“The technicians at All Tech are absolutely fantastic. I was connected to them through the LG repair portal, and while I was not a fan of that process and how lacking in customer care they were, I am happy that they connected me to who they did. Once All Tech took over they did everything they could to get my repair sorted as quickly as possible. I was frustrated after how lacking in urgency LG was, and seeing that they did everything they could to bump up my service date as I’d been without a working fridge for 4 and a half days at that point.With their knowledge and expertise they ordered parts before the diagnosis appointment in anticipation of what the issue was likely to be. They were friendly and communicative about what they were doing for the duration of their visit, and went above and beyond for me by fixing the door of the fridge as well, when I simply asked them in passing if they could let me know if the door jam issue was fixable and provide a quote.I am beyond pleased with their service and assistance.
