Very impressed with the entire experience starting from the service call, quick next day booking, and the on site repair. Victor was quick, efficient and courteous. Based on my description of the issue over the phone, he brought the correct and genuine manufacturer parts to repair the dryer. Labor and parts costs were fair. We will be calling Waterloo Appliance Service for any future appliance repairs.
I called this company due to a squeaky dryer. The receptionist was so friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered a belt to save time , in case this was the problem. The service technician was so friendly and experienced. He came on time and was able to fix the problem, which was not the belt, with parts from his truck.
I highly recommend this company as the service call, parts , and time was reasonable and well worth the quick repair.
Was a great job done by Waterloo appliance repair. I had a gas stove and dryer repairs done by Jason, he is professional and extremely knowledgeable, he had repair done in a timely manor. Part turn around time from diagnostics to finished repair was less then 24hr time frame. Would highly recommend to anyone
