“On Sunday, Dec. 14 our furnace quit generating heat throughout our home. A service technician was able to come on Monday to diagnose the problem. They quickly provided a quote for repairs and Dows were instructed to order the needed parts. Fortunately, the parts came in on Tuesday and they were able to make the needed repairs that afternoon. All the technicians were a pleasure to do deal with. The work was completed as quickly as possible and heated was restored.
