“One of my favorite salons and spas that I've been to in Kingston. All of the staff are super warm, welcoming and kind and immediately made me feel comfortable. I didn't go to salons a lot so it didn't really know what to expect and it blew it out of my expectations. I've gone here to get haircuts and dyes(Jahnita) as well as massages and waxing(Casey/Rachel)All services have been great every time. And haven't even had friends come here and have good experiences as well. I have met many of the staff here and all are kind and welcoming. They are knowledgeable and able to provide information on hair products and other items. I've added along with this review two photos of my hair coloring service done by Jahnita“

“I have been a customer at Laura’s since they opened 10 years ago!Very friendly, professional staff, always love my nails when I leave..they go beyond to satisfy there clients..I should know, in a cast for 3 summers..of course had weddings to attend..these ladies worked in tandem to do my nails..can’t thank them enough!I have and will continue to give them my business!Thank you to all the marvellous staff..you are like family! ?“
“I’m a regular client but I was really disappointed recently when Tammy kept taking phone calls from Tom, from her sister in Vietnam, on speaker phone while doing my nails. She made mistakes she admitted to & a day later my nails look like really messy. Don’t take phone calls at your station when you have a client be more respectful!“

Then I found out my son is getting married , so of course I had to look my best , nails included . Went to see Kelly at star nails , and Omg !! I didn't feel anything no pain at all , she was awesome and my nails looked gorgeous for my son wedding .Service: Manicure“

“I started a new job and was finally able to start getting my nails done, so I went to Sarah’s based on recommendations from friends and it being so close to my house. I saw Angela was mentioned in a lot of reviews so I requested her for my first appointment, and now I have been going to her every two weeks for the last few months. She’s very attentive to not only her client but also her work. She explained the difference of each type of nail in great detail, and is clearly very knowledgeable about the services she provides. I have a crooked finger and she always puts in the time and care so the nail looks straight. Everyone is very friendly and they care about their regulars and remember details you share with them. The salon is very clean and health comes first. Overall it has been a wonderful experience and I will happily continue to go back! :)“

“I've been to numerous nail salons around the city and this one is the best. First off they actually take their time and massage you during your pedicure and they do a great job - most other places I've been they rush or it's very quick. My nails whether I'm doing just shellac, bio gel or acrylic (I switch it up) they've always done a great job, if you don't like it or have an issue they address it right away and don't make you feel uncomfortable. I usually see Alex and he's amazing and super personable! I've seen multiple nail techs though and they're all great and very friendly!“

If I wanted to have the Acrylics ripped off I would have done it myself. the woman (younger one) who did the painting and the design on my ring finger was amazing though so made up for the first a bit.
