A family member and I had a really bad experience here. I went in to get layers (payed $120), hair stylist (Chris) said my hair “wasn’t fit” for layers and instead just cut the dead ends and tried to let my bangs fade into my overall hair length, which instead looked somewhat like stairs. Was not a good cut—my mom could’ve done better. My sister came to pick me up and asked for an appointment to get a perm, and the stylist agreed—keep this in mind: my aforementioned hair stylist saw my sister’s hair length. I have been a client for decades. The spa/salon has been there for me, their professional kindness caring, advice recommendations accommodating business etc has been 100%+. I am sorry that their section of the mall is being demolished an I can’t see why the owners can’t accommodate them. This small business should be foremost a priority. Keep us posted. We love you.
