I highly recommend Amanda Lucky. I hurt my back doing deadlifts and for 7 weeks I was dealing with a lateral pelvic tilt and severe muscle guarding in my glutes and lower back, to the point where it was hard to walk or move around. Everything felt completely locked down and nothing was working.

I had been dealing with a lot of shoulder and arm pain, stiffness, and muscle tightness. After my treatment today with Dr Reena I noticed a big improvement — my arm feels much looser and I can lift it much more easily. She was very knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to address exactly where the tightness was. I really appreciate the care and would highly recommend her.
