Honestly the best massage I have had! I walked out with not only better posture and a sense of deep relaxation but also a better understanding of the internal workings of my physical issues and easy exercises to do at home to target the problem. I booked in with Alyssia for whom I highly recommend. She is extremely knowledgeable, personable and passionate about helping people. I have found my forever RMT.

Absolutely shocked that it’s taken me this long to leave a review!I’ve toured around to a bunch of clinics in Kanata but have finally found my home!Brynn is always on top of her schedule and communication. It’s easy walking into this place for my appointments.

I've been going here since they opened. After searching the west end for a massage therapist that would actually fix any acute problems with short notice, I found Alyssa at Emendo. She is by far the best I have seen at targeting any problem spots as well as making sure the problems are fewer and far between. This place is 10/10, would recommend. Emendo is an extremely well run, clean facility. Best spot in ottawa!
