Despite not realizing initially it was a family of squirrels vs. one, and it being 3 stories up Adam was able to effectively remove the squirrels (without harming them), seal the area where they got in and ensure they weren't coming back (mesh wiring along all windows on the floor). He kept me informed along the way of what he was doing and why, and made it clear he would keep coming back until the squirrels were gone. Amazing service and courteous delivery.
