Dan/William and Curtis did an awesome job this week working to keep racoons out of my attic. This company is very professional and has compassion and understanding for their customers. This is hard to find. I appreciated how trustworthy they are and how much they care about doing a good job for their customers. I highly recommend them if you need any of their services.
I discovered a bird had gotten in through the air intake tube to my water heater on Sunday night. Monday morning a plumber said they couldn't help because it was a live animal, but recommended City Wildlife Control. Dan called me back a few minutes after me leaving a message, and within 30 minutes the tech Curtis texted that he had moved around his schedule and would be out within an hour. The other wildlife company I called before them still hasn't reached out, hours later.

Earlier this year, I started having problems with my attic. It turned out that, thanks to the excellent help of the City Wildlife Control [CWC], a family of squirrels had taken up residence there.
I contacted the Hamilton CWC. Within hours of speaking with Dan, Mr. Curtis Hederington and William Ludwig arrived at my home and quickly determined the cause of the problem: they confirmed the presence of a nest with young squirrels and the entrance point to the attic. Appropriate steps were taken to prevent further damage while also allowing the young to develop and escape from the attic.
