We have been battling carpenter ants in and outside our house for a bit. Done Right offers a great guarantee to come back and spray again if necessary. They have had to come 3 times and we are hoping this was the final time, but are also happy to know if they have to come back they will in a timely matter. They have been great to work with. Responsive to phone calls, accommodating appointment times. I would not hesitate to recommend Done Right to anyone needing help with pests.

I can’t say enough good things about Adam and his service. I called him to help remove a raccoon from my attic. What we thought was a single raccoon turned out to be a mama and 3 babies. Adam came back multiple times to address various complications that arose during the removal process. We finally got them to leave for good this past weekend. Adam is literally here now as I write this removing all the one-way doors and adding additional safeguards to prevent future entry by any wildlife. He is EXACTLY what you would want a service provider to be – smart, attentive, experienced, polite, and effective.
