“I contacted Beacon Pest control after being stung by several wasps from one tree in my backyard. I thought I saw where the hive must be and it was really close to the patio so I would not go outside after that. I left a message and Brent called me back shortly after. He made an appt for the next day. He arrived ontime and immediately saw the hives. Within about half and hour of spraying he was able to get the meat and bag it up. After he left a few random wasps were looking for the nest and he had warned about that. As of today( the next morning) I have seen zero and feel now very safe to go in my back yard. The invoice was sent the same day and a good description of the process. I found the fee reasonable under the circumstances as health and peace of
mind are very important. I would not hesitate to call Beacon again if I were bothered by serious pests and am very satisfied with the service.”
“We have been battling carpenter ants in and outside our house for a bit. Done Right offers a great guarantee to come back and spray again if necessary. They have had to come 3 times and we are hoping this was the final time, but are also happy to know if they have to come back they will in a timely matter. They have been great to work with. Responsive to phone calls, accommodating appointment times. I would not hesitate to recommend Done Right to anyone needing help with pests.”
