“We needed someone to take care of our 90 year old mother while we were away. Hazel even came to the Hospital to meet us and then to the house once my mother arrived home to set everything up. Love Care Keepers set up someone to visit daily with very short notice and even arranged an overnight stay. Thank you for your wonderful service. Stephanie took very good care of our mother.“

“The PSWs who have cared for my mum have been great. We are grateful.The app however seems useless! It has been down for 5+ Days even after being reported to 2 different “ office” people, the “ live “ chat ( although no one ever chatted back after initial contact ) and a supervisor. Instead of being able to check the app to see who is coming and when, I have to call the office.I’m sure the office people would love it to get fixed so clients don’t need to call daily.“

“Navigating the retirement home/assisted living/in-home care space proved overwhelming for me, when I was already worn out from caring for my husband alone. We needed to transfer him from Kingston to Toronto, in order for him to be closer to family, and receive the dignified and respectful care he needed.

I had tried every angle I could think of to engineer a transfer, and finally ran out of energy. Once Right at Home got involved, I got the relief I needed, and the situation moved much more quickly. The three RAH professionals I spoke with were all very encouraging, supportive and kind, as well as efficient and friendly; they were quick to respond every time, offering very helpful resources.

We needed someone to visit our elderly parents weekly to be our "eyes on the ground". My parents formed a close bond with one staff member who came twice weekly for over a year. He was kind, reliable, completely trustworthy, and cared for my parents as if they were his own. We felt so relieved that he was in our lives, helping our parents with self care, walks, meds, etc.

They have now moved on to other care arrangements, but we always be grateful for the care we received from Right at Home.“
