“Our family has had a great experience with Mount Sinai Home Healthcare. A relative uses them to help with her mother, so we called them when a parent was ready for discharge after a stroke, but wanted to go home, not to a rehab facility. Everything was arranged very quickly & we were assigned a wonderful PSW for a long daytime shift.

Then, when the other parent took ill, they found us a night PSW with less than a day’s notice. The communication with the agency is prompt & thorough, and the PSWs are dedicated, thorough and caring.
