Josh arrived exactly when he said he would and took the time to wear booties over his shoes, which I really appreciated. He efficiently took care of the repairs I needed and, during his visit, he noticed a leak from the pilot line that was causing water to flow into the floor drain. This was a significant revelation since we had been hearing water running for weeks but could never pinpoint the source.
I would definitely hire Josh again for any future repairs, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable service.

We recently had our floors done (removed carpet and replaced with vinyl). Our experience from beginning to end was great! Dealing with Bill was a pleasure. He was positive, professional, honest and reliable, as were his employees. They had the floors mostly done in one day. We love how it looks and can’t wait to get our staircase done!

My 22 year old daughter from Barrie broke down across the road from Auto Supreme. After waiting hours for CAA and freezing in her car, I called them to see if they could maybe look at the car and see if a quick fix was possible (CAA was not even indicating a pick up time at this point). While on the phone with them, they walked over to her, calmed her down and directed her back to their shop/office so she could warm up while they looked at her car. The comfort and security that they gave her and myself as a parent knowing that she was taken care of meant the world to both of us. The service they provided was above and beyond anything that I could have expected. Good people! My apologies for not remembering the gentleman’s name, all I know is that is started with a C.
The manager Julia and employee Ben are the kindest and most informative employees I have ever dealt with. I'm blown away by the incredible service I got from these 2 individuals. Julia should be recognized for how knowledgeable and professional she is.
