My experience was incredibly positive, the information from the REMS scan is so helpful, and the staff reviewed the results with me in a way I could understand. As a client for over 30 years, I highly recommend the Downtown Spa & Relaxation Centre. Dorri and her team are friendly, professional and provide excellent services. My go to person is Maryam but a few months ago when she was off, I had the most wonderful experience with Monika (who is also amazing) and I was pampered for several hours with the following: 30 min body massage, 30 min Indian head massage, body polish, infrared sauna session, exfoliating facial and plasma light therapy. Monika, is expert at her job and made me feel so comfortable.Dorri, the owner is an absolute delight and is constantly introducing new products and services to keep up with changing times. We have a slogan that is "As we age, we aren't going down without a fight" :)Highly recommend this spa!

Julia and Erin went above and beyond with their customer service when it came to the care for a small animal we purchased from PetSmart Georgetown location. Anytime We have gone into the Georgetown location staff have been super friendly and helpful and today was no exception.
