I recently had Impact Heating and Air Conditioning install a garage heater for me as I have a classic car that needs to be in a warm environment. Marc and his two assistants arrived on time and worked diligently in a very cold garage to ensure the installation was done perfectly. They consistently checked in with me to make sure that everything was being done to my satisfaction, which it was. Finally, they left the work area cleaner than when they had arrived. I would not hesitate to recommend Impact for any any heating and air conditioning needs.
I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Mark and Garfield when they came to clean our carpets in Georgetown yesterday.
Both Gentleman were amazing, friendly caring and honest.
There were stains in our carpet that just would not have come out, right up front Mark told me they wouldn't come out as the colour of the rug in spots has come right out due to someone else trying to clean them ..he was so honest and said do you still want me to clean the carpet. Absolutely and I told him how much his honesty meant. Many companies I'm sure would have just proceeded anyway.
They did a fantastic job with cleaning and they also cleaned our steps leading to the basement.
Top notch customer service by both Mark and Garfield and I would HIGHLY recommend them for any and all of your carpet cleaning needs.

I just had a 30-min scalp massage with Julia in the salt cave. It was a very cool experience! She has healing hands, I’m so much more relaxed than I was going in. The salt cave is amazing.
