Last week we had the flooring in our basement replaced. From start to finish, we experienced excellent customer service from The Carpet Palace. Bill was efficient and helpful assisting us in choosing the flooring. The installers were amazing and did a great job! The Carpet Palace did our first level 5 years ago as well. Will always go to them for our flooring needs.
