Josh arrived exactly when he said he would and took the time to wear booties over his shoes, which I really appreciated. He efficiently took care of the repairs I needed and, during his visit, he noticed a leak from the pilot line that was causing water to flow into the floor drain. This was a significant revelation since we had been hearing water running for weeks but could never pinpoint the source.
I would definitely hire Josh again for any future repairs, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable service.
