“I had my A/C unit serviced which was working fine but it would not start up after the tech had finished, a new part was needed. This added about $150 part/labour on top of the maintenance service as he had to return to the shop. The following week the air exchange blower stopped working, another $150, perhaps coincidental. I discussed my concerns with Jamie and he agreed Ferguson has added a step to their service checklist, to ensure the unit is operating before any work is done. Pleased that Jamie listened to and agreed with this process improvement.“
