Our house insurance offered First General of Eastern Ontario, to take care of this and certainly they really did. There is Luis, the “ conductor” that starts the assessment, lines up the order of jobs, brings the trades in sequence and job it is done. All trades involved, excellent work, very good communication, in time and very polite, all coordinated by First General, I spoke to them only once at starting, the rest was smooth on the wheels and house looks like nothing happened. Hope no one will need them, but if you do it is First General , highly recommended“
