I hired Ottawa Parging Group in October for parging and foundation repair that my property needed. The work they did was done properly and at a good price. They were professional and communicated what was being done. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
MIke and his team did an absolutely amazing job re-surfacing the walls and floor of our old basement. The job was difficult, with no windows in the area, intense veils of dust, and old, decrepit walls. It's now clean, modern and easy to maintain. Well-done.

With respect to the estimate and timing of the job, Mike gave an approximation but was very honest about not knowing how long the job would take until his team uncovered the parging to see if there was any underlying damage. He also stated upfront that if they did find anything, they would stop the work and discuss with us courses of action and additional costs but if we were not comfortable with those actions, to do what they could but not guarantee that part of the work.
