My experience has been very positive for many reasons. The initial response was very quick and all the employees acted in a timely professional manner, making the flooding incident less stressful for me, the homeowner.The Project Manager provided a helpful, detailed explanation as to the processes / steps involved. The Mitigation Manager and crew got the job cleaned up quickly and Barb's contracted service was also very thorough for their part.I truly appreciated the Construction Manager's input, advice, patience and quick responses to my inquiries.
