“Great experience with the Highlands Crew from start to finish.We needed a full install including ductwork, furnace, heat pump and propane tanks and all associated piping. They sent Ian to quote and Chris for the ductwork.The quote was competitive with the other 3 we received but the standout for me was the equipment they quoted was all Trane.We dealt with Rose in the office who was very pleasant.3 weeks later Chris, Glen and Owen started and did an amazing job. Thought went into where things would be placed and run to maximize space and ceiling height.The following week Ryan and Cody installed the heat pump unit.The techs were all polite, and fully capable of performing the installation.At the end of every day the work area was cleaned up and swept. At the end of the job all garbage was removed and again the basement was swept.I am a particular person with the way things are done and I was happy with everything. Before any of the techs ran a line or installed anything they made sure we were ok with locations etc.Furnace and heat pump are fully operational and even though this was a massive investment I was happy throughout the whole process.They have a really good crew there and we just wanted to say thank you for helping us through this process with no problems or hiccups. It could not have gone smoother.You guys keep up the great work . It is very much appreciated.“
