Unbelievable service. My truck wouldn’t start at a gas station in town. Had it towed to Docs. Within an hour it was diagnosed as a defective starter motor. They had to order in the starter in a snow storm. I had a call 2 hours later that it was repaired and ready to be picked up. Excellent customer service and very reasonable prices. I will be using Docs if I need service in the future.
We worked with Adrian and team on the installation on custom solar powered blinds on our skylights in our rec room. They were extremely conscientious and we are very happy with final results,
Krissy was amazing, she was so accommodating to my work schedule! My hair turned out exactly how I wanted! And enjoyed the communication and great conversation the entire visit. This was my first time coming here, and Krissy made a very welcoming and joyful environment.
Burke’s Kitchen and Bath was an amazing company to work with when installing our new kitchen. Dave was always exceptionally responsive, always communicating, answering any question we may have had. Every deadline was met. Excellent design consult and suggestions too! We always felt like Dave was looking out for us and making sure that any little extra he could do for us, he would - his service was above and beyond. We absolutely love our kitchen.
I appreciated getting email reminders of our appointment and a phone call day of. Friendly and knowledgeable. Job well done!

We had the Double R team install a shower assembly and a dishwasher. Their work was meticulous, they arrived and finished on time and kept to their estimate despite a few surprises (in an older cottage). Highly recommend them if you need something urgent or scheduled.

Great experience with the Highlands Crew from start to finish.We needed a full install including ductwork, furnace, heat pump and propane tanks and all associated piping. They sent Ian to quote and Chris for the ductwork.The quote was competitive with the other 3 we received but the standout for me was the equipment they quoted was all Trane.We dealt with Rose in the office who was very pleasant.3 weeks later Chris, Glen and Owen started and did an amazing job. Thought went into where things would be placed and run to maximize space and ceiling height.The following week Ryan and Cody installed the heat pump unit.The techs were all polite, and fully capable of performing the installation.At the end of every day the work area was cleaned up and swept. At the end of the job all garbage was removed and again the basement was swept.I am a particular person with the way things are done and I was happy with everything. Before any of the techs ran a line or installed anything they made sure we were ok with locations etc.Furnace and heat pump are fully operational and even though this was a massive investment I was happy throughout the whole process.They have a really good crew there and we just wanted to say thank you for helping us through this process with no problems or hiccups. It could not have gone smoother.You guys keep up the great work . It is very much appreciated.

Jeff and the entire Traill Heating & Cooling staff were very professional and were great to work with during the busiest time of the year. They managed to work extra hard to complete the changeover from oil to propane in the fall just after we purchased a home. It's good to know a company like this is around.
Our washing machine at home broke, so we took advantage of the wash and fold service. Wow! Everything was fresh and neat and the staff were so helpful getting the many bags/baskets loaded into the truck! Thanks so much for the great service and de-stressing my day!
