Had my dog groomed this morning and Adrianna was "incredible". She did a fantastic trim on our Murphy, BUT, when I was called to let me know the job was done, I asked the gentleman that called me, what the cost was. He said $120, taxes included !!When I went to pay, he charged me taxes. I said to him, are u the person that called me to let me know that my Pup was ready for pick up ? He said, Yes ! I insisted that he had said, that the cost was $120. His Customer Service "sucked". He was rude. I paid it and left very upset. I was in the store today when a man dropped off a smoyed- two actually ..He tried to convince the groomer that someone quoted him 65. She apologized and corrected the price. She did explain that she could NOT honour the price of 65 and he agreed to his one dog getting done.I stayed and watched these ladies work hard on this extremely skunked dog. The whole store reeked but they worked away to ensure this dog was taken care of. The customer service here is wonderful. I love all the staff but I must admit my favorite pet lover is the lovely woman who works in Tuesdays. I love to bring my dog in when I shop as she gives him lots of pets and attention.We love this PetValu location and thank you for putting your customers first.
