My cat, Ginger, was given great kindness and care by the team at Royal York Animal Hospital. She came in a few times for a stubborn facial abscess on her face that was treated over the past few weeks with the help and guidance of Dr. Padwal, Sharon, Liz, Britney, Gabriela, and many more wonderful team members. We are on the road to recovery, and happy with the help we've received and continue to receive!

My first interaction with the clinic was over the phone with Liz, who showed great empathy as I explained that my dog had been bitten. When I arrived at the clinic, I was visibly upset, but the staff was incredibly supportive and understanding. They treated my dog’s wounds with great care and precision and explained what to expect during the recovery process. Gabi took the time to check in on both me and my dog, which meant a lot. Dr. Qadis was extremely professional and thorough in his approach, giving me confidence in the care my dog was receiving.
I had a wonderful experience for my dog’s first appointment at this clinic. I went in for a basic exam and prescription and felt no pressure to do anything else. Lovely doctor and staff; everyone was super friendly and genuinely caring.
