Greeted almost immediately by what turned out to be the manager of the store, Azadah, we felt welcomed without being pressured, our needs being immediately addressed. We were fortunate to have Azadah dealing personally with our case, though I think we would have received excellent service regardless, as the staff all seemed well-trained and effective. Azadah provided comprehensive service while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanour. I know managers are trained in such ‘witchcraft’, but hers came across as genuine. And all the while we were the beneficiaries of her thorough knowledge and expertise, I could tell she was keeping a steady finger on the pulse of every aspect of the store’s operation, addressing needs outside of our case without ever making us feel neglected. It was clear that Azadah runs a tight and effective ship; she and the store are a credit to the LensCrafters chain!
