I am so grateful I stumbled into BonLook to find new glasses. I spend the evening shopping around and came back here b/c I loves the glasses here so much. Ana was so friendly and helpful and not pushy at all - she took the time to explain all my options and was helpful with pricing. I have a narrow, small face so the layout of the store was so helpful for shopping. I've been putting this off and now I'm so excited for my new glasses. Even convinced my friend to get a pair here as well. Also, really love that I'm supporting a Canadian company.

I got my second pair of glasses here at BonLook. Picking out new frames can feel like such a commitment. However, with the help from Rose (I dealt with her 2 years ago also for my first pair of glasses at BonLook), she is patient, never pushy, provided me with lots of options, and we narrowed it down, as she really has a good sense of fashion. Fashion is what looks good on you, and Rose really understands that. I highly recommend this place!!! 10/10
