“They were very knowledgeable and quick to provide the upgrades I was looking for my laptop. I came in looking for 2x8 gbs of RAM to upgrade from the 12gbs the laptop came with, a new battery since the old one was toast and a faster hard drive with more capacity.

Everything but the battery they had in stock and only took them 2 days to order.

The RAM they had in stock and just took out the 1 x 4gb stick and put in an 8 that matched the other one.

My laptop screen was broken as well and I had noted that I couldn't show the bios settings on the external monitor.

He disconnected the screen and it displayed and I can now more comfortably use those settings.

He only charged my 210 which most was parts. When the battery came I took the laptop in and it took him about 15 to install everything and put it back together.
