The staff provide professional and attentive service, explaining and showing customers new and different areas for Botox treatments to minimize wrinkling. The place is described as extremely nice and clean, and the service as amazing, with customers strongly recommending the spa.
So I called this morning because I’m a client of Nadine . Apparently the place is under new mgmt with all new nurses and prices . The lady at the front desk was annoying and like to hear herself it seems. She wouldn’t allowed me to speak . Finally when I told her what I needed, she gave me this overpriced quote for such a small area and told me to find somewhere else to do it , without clear understanding of what I’m saying. I understand she have a heavy accent but a little active listening would have helped . That’s terrible customer service dear .
Hello, My experience with my visit to 3D Lifestyle was pleasant and rewarding. The injectors explained and showed me new and different places on my face for Botox to minimize wrinkling on my face. Thank you.
