I have been coming here for around 5 years consistently 7-8 times per year for the 1 hour foot reflexology treatment. No matter who does the treatment (big boss lady Linda or any of the other ladies), it’s the single most relaxing hour of the day. Cherry on the top is the free 2hour parking right in front of the spa. Highly recommend.

I’ve been coming to see Linda for some years now after a trusted friend recommended me to NHR and never looked back. Linda is consistently good- she is extremely skilled! She works on your whole body with great pressure for solid 60mins. I enjoy the hot towel part too, it’s refreshing and also removes most of the oil which I appreciate (nothing is worse than feeling greasy after a massage).
