“I started at the CARE Institute Essex early January 2023 to strengthen and work on making my ankle functional again after a severe break. I had knee surgery April 10th this year and so physiotherapy has continued. My physiotherapist has been attentive, knowledgeable and very supportive. The information he has given me has been very helpful, enabling me to understand what is happening and to be ready for next steps. The home exercises have been most helpful. All of the attention to detail has assisted me getting over my anxiety of re-injuring myself. Everyone working there has been professional, caring, kind, supportive and knowledgeable. “I went to the clinic for a sprained wrist. The kinesiologist was so kind and sent my to the doctor to order X-rays. I had fractured my radius in 2 places. I was fitted with a brace and referred to the fracture clinic. The entire experience was quick and so helpful.“
