I started at the CARE Institute Essex early January 2023 to strengthen and work on making my ankle functional again after a severe break. I had knee surgery April 10th this year and so physiotherapy has continued. My physiotherapist has been attentive, knowledgeable and very supportive. The information he has given me has been very helpful, enabling me to understand what is happening and to be ready for next steps. The home exercises have been most helpful. I would like to leave a recommendation for physiotherapy student Ian at the Essex location. He was very encouraging, professional and thorough with his care for my knee, he took a lot of extra time and is very knowledgeable. All the best in your future endeavors.

Very helpful assessment and treatment . Staff is always warm and welcoming, asking re the progress.Praveen Oommen and his student in training , Allison Park were very thorough, knowledgeable in the injury and treatment with Laser, Shockwave treatment and exercises.We are very fortunate to have a Walkin Clinic of this caliber here in Essex. Physician, Pharmacy, X-RAY, Ultra sound and Physiotherapy clinic all in one.
