They work out a personal plan for you and modivate you enough to make you give it your all without feeling like you're being pressured. The amount of knowledge my therapists have is outstanding and I seem to learn something new everytime im there. They listen to how you feel and adapt the care they give accordingly.
The massage side of the clinic is also great. Clean rooms, calm atmosphere, relaxing music and therapists that know their way around the muscles that are giving you problems.

I cannot recommend Nathan Atkinson highly enough. After suffering a serious lower back injury at F45, I required nearly 7 months of physiotherapy treatment to recover. From day one, Nathan and his associate Philip were the perfect team to guide me through every stage of my rehabilitation.
