I had such an amazing experience with Michael Palombo at Body Kinect. I’m pretty reserved and not always the most comfortable with hands-on treatment, but he created such a safe, calm, and respectful environment that I felt at ease right away. He truly listens when you speak and makes sure you feel involved in the process, always checking in and explaining things before moving forward. I never felt rushed, and he was super encouraging — even small progress felt like a big deal, which I really appreciated. I am a high level soccer player and Mike had helped me numerous times with various injuries. Recently I hurt my groin and did not know what to do, I came in and the next day I already felt better. I had a big tournament the following weekend and without Mike I wouldn’t have played. That tournament has gave me the opportunity to move to the USA to play college soccer in the NCAA. My success goes to Mike and everyone at Body Kinect Physiotherapy!
Had an excellent experience with Michael Palombo at Body Kinect. He’s extremely knowledgeable and made my experience fun while still helping me achieve my ultimate goal. Thanks to Michael I’m back on my feet again and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for any future physio treatment.
