The estheticians were not only professional and non-pushy with sales, but their facial massage techniques were also excellent. They accurately massaged the facial lymph nodes and acupoints.
They are especially skilled at removing milia and closed comedones, unlike some unprofessional places where redness and inflammation may occur the day after treatment. Whether you want to relax or address specific skin concerns, this is definitely a place worth trying.“

“I ordered a vitamin B complex from them (cosmo med spa) and overall had a good experience.

I didn’t get tracking info at first, which threw me off a bit, but when I reached out about a week later they replied pretty quickly and sent it over. By the time I checked, the package had already made it to my mailbox. Yay.

Everything arrived sealed, in good condition, and packed with ice packs to keep it cool, which I appreciated. Product was exactly what I expected.

I did notice the emails came through from them in French, which was a bit unexpected. Not sure if that was on my end or theirs, but worth noting if you don’t speak French.

I can see what some other reviews mean about communication not being the smoothest at first, but overall it was a transparent transaction and I didn’t have any real issues.
