Today I had the most incredible experience with East York Drain Plumbing while assisting my parents ( mother has dementia) with a toilet issue, and I cannot say enough about the professionalism and care we received.
From the very first call, Nora was absolutely wonderful. She was empathetic, patient, and genuinely kind. She listened carefully, reassured us, and handled the dispatch with efficiency and warmth. When you’re dealing with plumbing issues in your parents’ home, that level of compassion makes all the difference.
