He is very knowledgeable, communicative and helped guide me to a style that fit what I was looking for using his vast insight. The communication was very open; he would check in with me during the process to see if the cut was what I was looking for and he would explain some of the cutting/styling process so I understood what techniques were being used and their results. He has an amazing fun energy and it was apparent the care and excitement he has for his craft. It was very pleasant getting my hair cut with Julien. I would absolutely recommend to all my friends, especially my queer friends. 10/10“

I was very nervous to cut my hair but she listened to what I wanted and combined it with her expertise to give me a beautiful cut.

“READ FOR A BAD EXPERIENCE TURN GOOD. Has everyone here had only the best experience? I’m not sure how that’s possible because nothing in life is perfect. I did not have a good experience snd I don’t need to go into detail why because it does not matter what the problem was. The reason why I give 5 stars is because they corrected whatever the issue was. They send a text after each appointment asking for feedback. This isn’t a google review thing it’s their own personal follow up which comes right after the appointment is finished. They read that I did not have good experience and immediately I got a phone call. They called to talk to me about it and wanted the opportunity to correct it.. which they did. They have outstanding customer service and they truly care about their clients. I will continue to go back.“
