After a major storm event, Gem came and repaired/replaced my damaged roof. Four years later, when a minor leak occurred at a flashing, Karen quickly assured us that she would schedule us immediately. It was scheduled via email. Daylan (sp), from Gem, confirmed the visit and attended to the problem. He explained what had happened and, via pictures that he took, showed how he addressed the problem. Though I hope that I don’t need another roof in the near future, I can recommend them without reservations.

I’m so happy with my end result! JEM was able to do just what I envisioned for our little cottage. Their staff was friendly, professional and answered all my questions. Karen in the office was pleasant and kept me informed on the progress when we weren’t there.

Worked with JEM Roofing to install new soffits and fascia on my home. The team was quick to come to the home for an estimate, talked with me about my options and worked with me to choose the right options.Due to supply delays the installation date was changed multiple times, but Paul got in touch provided an explanation and worked hard to make sure the install was done ASAP.Installation took the better part of a day, the team was polite, professional and kept the work area clean.I'd recommend putting JEM Roofing & Exteriors on your list when considering options for a roof installation or repair.
