“I honestly cannot say enough good things about Tropical Beauty in Chatham. I called last minute needing basically an emergency nail appointment, and from the very first interaction online, everyone was so kind and accommodating.

When I arrived, the receptionist was so warm and welcoming, and all of the nail techs there were lovely, but I especially want to thank Ayla (I hope I’m spelling her name right). She was absolutely amazing. I came in honestly not feeling emotionally great, and she was just so kind to me from the moment I sat down. We talked throughout my appointment, and she made me feel comfortable and cared about be me as a person, not just as a client.

On top of that, she did the most incredible job on my nails. I genuinely cannot believe these nails are attached to my own fingers — I’m obsessed with them. The attention to detail, the service, the atmosphere… everything was amazing.

I’m so grateful I found this place, and I already can’t wait to come back. Thank you again to Ayla and everyone at Tropical Beauty for such a wonderful experience.
