The hair wash was minimal - took a minute or two - with no conditioning or product afterwards. My hairstyle looked nice and I had lots of compliments over the night! It was done much more quickly than I am used to and I was in and out in maybe a half hour or so. I added a bit more hairspray afterwards but the style stayed in place over the evening, despite dancing. Definitely a reasonable price (though more than initially quoted).
