Product used has many natural ingredients/essential oils and the cream used after the wax treatment, was very soothing. My hands are very cracked and rough. I have chronic eczema and Heidi, made sure that I didn't have any issues with the treatment or reaction. I have very sensitive skin and can't just go trying new spas, without being careful.
