“Really difficult to explain this extraordinary experience at Hot Rock Spa. Carp. My husband and I booked the luxury couple's package with the 30 minute massages at the end. We were treated to 3.5 hours of deep relaxation and sauna bliss under the caring, professional and knowledgeable guidance of our host and sauna master, Alex. It is rare to find an experience that goes above and beyond what one would expect and to get such bang for your buck. From the moment we walked through the gate into the private sauna area, we were transported to another time and place. The setting is so beautiful and quiet that you forget you are in Carp and not in some farway European spa. I think what stood out to us most, as fledgling sauna go-ers, is the high standard of professionalism and detailed explanations as to what we would be doing/ experiencing. Alex was excellent and accomodating. We will return and will highly recommend to others. Thank you Alex and team!“

They also grow vegetables and prepare healthy meals.
The only issue is the are in the price side. But I gues if you want good things you have to pay the premium.“

She educated me on which treatments would be best and compared them to what I was offered by other places. She didn’t try to upsell anything and gave me so many choices and treatment options and is not about trying to get you to book the most expensive options. Shannon takes the time, to not only treat and pamper you but she is great at educating and is just nice to talk to! Can’t wait to get back to treatments this fall.“

“I was long overdue for a cut and decided last minute to book myself in at Mahogany Salon. The staff at the front desk were warm and welcoming with several of them coming to check on me while I waited offering me something to drink.
Ruth was my stylist who was absolutely amazing, she took the time to understand my hair and what I was looking for and checked in during the process. It is one of the best cuts I have ever had. I love it and will definitely be back to see Ruth!
