I recently received a custom facial at Zenvy Spa, and I can’t recommend my experience enough.I regularly receive facials but had been struggling to find a local business that ticked all the boxes. From the moment I walked in the door my expectations regarding the level of customer service and attention to detail were met. I also found the environment to be clean and relaxing.Prior to starting my facial Caroline asked me questions and made recommendations to ensure I received a treatment that would meet my needs. The owner Caroline welcomed me when I walked in. A nice pumpkin spice latte was offered and gladly excepted. We chatted and picked a perfect lowlight colour. She spent time with me and gave me options for hair colours. I was so happy with my hair. Thalie did a great job. It was like spending the afternoon with girlfriends. I highly recommend Zenvy Spa.

I had an absolutely amazing experience today. I totally forgot my lash technicians name was but she was so good. She explained everything to me as well as provided lots of insight on how to care for the lashes and what to expect in the coming weeks. I will definitely be going back. I am so happy!!!
