Fabulous and reliable company! They installed my furnace and provided additional advice and support in a professional and friendly way. They were responsive to my additional demands, and very constructively and responsibly so. I will definitely continue working with them on HVAC issues, and highly recommend them.
I work for a builder as my full time job, and used Carleton when our original HVAC company bailed. Top notch customer service, fast response time, techs explain everything, no hidden fees. From the admin staff to the techs, everyone is polite, friendly, punctual and informative. 10/10 recommend for sure!!
