The reason for 4 stars wasn't the service. Read on:I've been using their services for approximately 10 years now. Used them in Kanata when i had my AC and furnace serviced as well as having our wood chimney cleaned and inspected.Moved to Carleton Place since and have used them to service furnace, AC, gas fireplace, and recently had ducts cleaned.Jay and Drew crushed it. Both were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They explained everything they'd done as well as shown me (item permitting, i.e., maintaining HVAC filters). They also had no qualms about answering any additional questions i had.The only reason i gave 4 instead of 5 stars wasn't for these guys' service...read full review

The process of the installation of our gas stove was very professional. The salesman was very informative and pleasant to deal with. The installers were well knowledge with their product and installation was completed by the estimated time. Installation was top notch. The guys were professional and worked hard to get my ductless system installed in one day. I have an older house stacked up high (no basement) with a small amount of space to put the outside unit, but the tophat installation crew was able to make it work. Kudos to them! Only thing I would say is that during the time between my quote/order and the phone call for the install date, I didn't receive any communication. I had to call twice, was put through to the install manager (who was great, btw), and 2 days later I was then given an install date. Overall, a happy customer.
